Description:
a 60 hour program, that will equip students to minister both in preventive
and corrective counseling. This counseling degree is also intended for the
student who is called of God into a counseling ministry as (1) a counselor
serving on the staff of a local church; 2) a chaplain in a hospital; or 3) a
staff counselor in a private Christian clinic. It will also serve as the
first step for those who may desire state approval as licensed professional
counselors.

other than the pastorate.Students will acquire an understanding of theology
and the Bible and will integrate that understanding with practical skills
enabling them to support and complement the pastors ministry.
