Description:
The Master of Arts program in music accepts a limited number of students each
year to work closely with individual faculty whose area of research interest
matches those of accepted candidates. An admission interview is recommended.
Application requirements for the Master of Arts program in music include
submissions related to theproposed area of concentration: for history or theory,
a research paper in the subject area; forperformance (voice, keyboard, and most
orchestral instruments), an audition; for composition, at least three
compositions.
