The Master's Program in Counseling Psychology at Dominican College prepares students to provide a wide range of services to a wide variety of clientele. Our program is committed to keeping abreast of the changes and emerging opportunities in our field while providing fundamental and foundational grounding. Currently, our graduates have a pass rates on the State MFT Licensing exams that is significantly higher than the state average. Through a dedicated faculty and staff,the department encourages cooperation,interaction, and personal development.

Description:
The Master of Arts in Humanities provides a flexible, integrated 30-33 unit course of study designed to lead students to breadth of knowledge spanning the liberal arts. The program encourages students to make connections between different areas of human thought, expression, and experience in fields such as: art history, history, literature, music, religion, philosophy, and political theory.

Description:
We take great pleasure in announcing our new MSN, Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) program in Integrated Health Practices. This program is designed to provide our graduates with a solid base in advanced western nursing practice, while also enhancing and enriching their perspectives on health to included a hands-on knowledge of other philosophical bases, and other systems of practice. Each course utilizes a comparative approach between western medical and nursing practices with those of other systems.

The MBA program removes international borders by teaching students how the world of global management works and giving them the ability to step beyond current business models or self-imposed limitations. Graduates use their knowledge to create innovative, more effective ways of doing business and develop novel solutions to problems. Students may choose from 2 areas of specialization: Global Management or a Pacific Basin regional focus. The MBA is offered as a 15-month full-time program or a 24-month part-time program.

Multiple and Single Subject CLAD Emphasis Credential Programs

The Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction is designed to meet the professional careerneeds of practicing teachers for new roles and responsibilities in the field of curriculum and instruction. Thisprogram is available to Dominican College credential graduates. The degree requires 30 semester units ofcoursework and directed research. Candidates are awarded 17 units from the Dominican College credentialprogram towards the 30 unit degree requirement.
