Freed-Hardeman University offers two master degrees in Bible. The Master of
Ministry (which is more practical and more ministry-oriented) and the Master of
Arts in New Testament (which requires Greek studies and more work in the text of
the New Testament and is more research-oriented). Each masters degree requires
36 semester hours

The Master of Education with a major in curriculum and instruction is designed
for those who are teaching or desire to teach. It also offers opportunities for
advanced study to persons in education support roles and education-related
fields. It is possible for persons who hold a non-teaching baccalaureate degree
to meet requirements for initial Tennessee licensure while completing the Master
of Education program.
