Geneva's MSOL program is designed for working adults and meets off campus in
five convenient locations throughout Greater Pittsburgh. It is a year-round
program that can be completed by attending class one night a week for
22-months. At the core of the MSOL Program is the belief that the concept of
leadership must be reconceptualized and applied in unique and innovative
ways in order to meet the requirements of today's rapidly changing and
complex organizations. This approach is interdisciplinary in nature, drawing
upon the social sciences and organizational studies to develop the program's
theoretical framework. In addition, the content of the MSOL Program flows
directly out of Geneva's Mission Statement, which is centered, on developing
servant-leaders. By delivering a biblically-based program focusing on this
concept, students have the potential to impact leadership in a variety of
organizations throughout the region.
