The Graduate Department of Industrial and Labor Relations offers a graduate
degree program within the College of Health and Human Services as well as
several undergraduate service courses open to students of any major or college.
The M.A. in ILR is a multidisciplinary program designed to prepare professionals
in the field of Employment Relations in public and private management, unions,
government agencies, and neutral and service organizations. Over 600 alumni have
