Description:
The program offers 22 courses and provides both a practical grounding in all major areas of taxation, specialized expertise in particular areas, and a heavy concentration in employee benefits law. Because a mechanical approach to the study of taxation is neither responsible nor practical, concepts and theory are also incorporated into the program to provide a deeper understanding of the tax law. The transactional approach is stressed and actual problems encountered in the practice of tax law, when practicable, are the vehicle through which teaching is done.

Degree(s):
LL.M.- Taxation
