Students entering this program must have completed courses in specified business areas. (The Kettering University Management Minor meets all of these areas.) Students without this background will either be required to demonstrate knowledge in these key areas by passing an appropriate Kettering exam or by completing some or all of the following courses: Accounting/Financial Concepts, Micro/Macro Economic Concepts, Statistical and Quantitative Methods, Management Concepts & Applications and Marketing Concepts and Applications.

Kettering UniversityÆs new MBA program provides students the ability to become effective management professionals and leaders in modern organizations. The MBA consists of 13 core courses (48 quarter credit hours). The core curriculum focuses on the business concepts and methods that will provide graduates of the program the ability to be effective management professionals and leaders. Students pursuing the MBA must select an area of concentration and electives in the program that will allow them to customize their MBA program to suit their professional needs.
