Description:
The 49 quarter credit MS Computer Security degree consists of core courses designed to provide students with an understanding of the technological as well as the ethical role of computer security in society. Students will develop a specialization by selecting four related elective courses, and will complete a thesis under the guidance of a faculty mentor. Specialization areas include Computer Graphics and Visualization, Database Systems/Database Mining, Distributed Systems, Intelligent Systems, Languages and Tools, Security, and Theory.
