Description:
The Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) program is designed to meet your needs as
a future counselor by offering a broad range of skills, tools, and knowledge,
that prepare you for advanced counseling practice. The MAC program meets the
academic coursework requirements of the Texas State Board of Examiners for the
Licenser as a Professional Counselor(LPC) and/or the Licenser as a Marriage and
Family Therapist (LMFT). The MAC program is designed to meet the needs of
working professionals by offering evening courses, but also holds some afternoon
courses as an additional option. The length of the program for the LPC or LMFT
options is 54 hours and 60 hours if you wish to pursue both the LPC and LMFT
options.

Description:
The Master of Arts in Human Services program develops highly qualified
supervisors, mediators, managers, and administrators for human service agencies
and organizations. Students entering the program come from a variety of
professions; they are often educators, social workers, counselors and
administrators in non-profit or government agencies. The 36 hour program offers
specializations in Administration, Conflict Resolution, and Human Resource
Management.

Description:
The Master of Liberal Arts is a 33-semester hour program, with an emphasis upon
a broad, integrative, liberal arts-based vision intended to provide breadth and
balance for adults competing in a complex era of narrowing, fragmenting
specialization. Students come to the program with a variety of undergraduate
degrees and from a variety of professional backgrounds. They share a strong
desire to expand upon their undergraduate education by learning about and making
connections across different academic disciplines. The MLA is designed to meet
the needs of all learners, but offers flexibility and an approach to learning
geared especially to the part-time adult learner.

The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics (MSOLE) is
designed to prepare today's and tomorrow's managers to assume leadership
positions within their organizations. The MSOLE program encourages students to
synthesize dynamic models of leadership, ethics, and social responsibility with
their own practical experience and is structured for working professionals with
evening classes.
