Description:
The California School of Podiatric Medicine is one of seven accredited podiatric
medical schools in the nation and the only one between California and Iowa. The
campus is in Oakland, part of the San Francisco Bay Area. The 93-year-old
non-profit institution provides a post-baccalaureate four-year, full-time
program leading to the degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. The school also
provides postdoctoral residency and fellowship training, which requires an
additional one to three years.

Description:
The new Physician Assistant program is offered at the graduate level and leads
to an M-PA degree, the first graduate program for the education of PAs in
California. The program is twenty-eight (28) months in length including four (4)
full-time semesters of course work and three (3) semesters of intense clinical
rotations for a total of eighty-four (84) units.
