Description:
The San José State University Master of Public Health (MPH) Distance Education Program provides health professionals with a 45-unit Master of Public Health degree with specialization in Community Health Education. Students can complete the MPH degree in two and one-half years, with only one five-day campus visit per academic year. The online flexibility, and limited campus-based time, allows students to maximize their educational experience while also continuing their professional activities. Professors from the campus-based program teach most of the courses.

 

Accreditation Description:
The SJSU MPH degree has been fully accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), since 1974. CEPH is the only body that accredits both schools of public health and public health programs.

Description:

The program provides students with a sound foundation for managerial and research positions throughout the legal/criminal justice system, in affiliated fields such as public policy or social welfare, as well as preparation for more advanced graduate study in the field.

Description:
The daytime MS Accountancy degree program is for full-time students with non-accounting baccalaureate degrees. This is a 12-month lockstep program that begins in June of each year. The program includes a professional, paid internship component.

The Lucas Graduate School of Business offers On-Campus and Off-Campus part-time, evening MBA programs aimed at the working professional, while our cohort-style MBA-One and MS Accountancy programs are full-time, daytime, one-year programs. This program is offered in 10 week modules to accommodate full-time professionals. A full-time student can complete the MS Taxation in 11 months.
