Description:
The Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior provides a
graduate management education for experienced professionals to update, refine,
and redefine their managerial knowledge and skills in order to more effectively
manage both the technical and the human side of organizations.
The program emphasizes the proficiencies practicing managers have indicated
as necessary for effective leadership in a rapidly changing global economy:
communication excellence, ethical leadership, team building, managing change and
a global perspective. The courses in the program combine classical and current
management theories and concepts with practical applications in a variety of
organizational settings.

Description:
The Silver Lake College Master of Music in Music Education program is designed
to put you at the cutting edge of Music Education. The Kodaly Concept of Music
stresses the use of the voice as the primary instrument and singing as the
fundamental activity of musical expression. Thus, the basis of the Kodaly
curriculum is singing, using folk songs as its primary material and as the best
means of teaching the musical mother tongue of a nation to its people.
