Description:
The distance master's degree in entomology is designed for site-bound students who could not otherwise pursue an advanced degree. This non-research based degree program emphasizes work in entomology and flexibility in non-entomological training specific to individual student needs and interests. Potential audiences for this degree include crop consultants, science teachers, farmers, vocational agriculture instructors, agriculturalists (such as cooperative, seed or chemical company employees) and workers in environmental protection and conservation organizations. Each class is recorded on VHS videotape and sent directly to the student. Additionally, select classes are available via the Internet to watch at your convenience. Students will be able to discuss class materials with other classmates through e-mail. Internet access is desirable and e-mail is required.

Description:
The M.S. degree is a research-oriented program with a variety of specializations available including interior design. Joint programs are offered with business (M.B.A.) and community and regional planning (M.C.R.P.). Applicants must have an u ndergraduate degree in architecture, interior design, or a closely related field. Students can earn a Master of Science with a specialization in interior design online. There is also a Ph.D. and an Ed.D. in educational studies specializing in architecture education, which is available through the Department of Educational Administration. It is jointly administered by the College of Architecture and the College of Education and Human Sciences. An applicant must have an undergraduate degree in architecture or a related discipline and a research-based graduate degree.
