The Notre Dame MBA Program offers both a one-year and a two-year program. The one-year program requires the applicant to have a business undergraduate degree from the U.S. or Canada. There are also international trips to China, Belgium and Chile. Our program is structured on the thought, action and values leader concept. Description:
The M.ADU post-professional degree (Path A) is a two-year, four-semester program intended for students who already hold an accredited professional degree and are seeking to further develop their design skills and critical thinking in the disciplines of classical architecture and traditional urban design. The M.Arch professional degree is offered in two paths. The two-year, four-semester M.Arch program (Path B) is intended for students who are entering the University of Notre Dame with a four-year, pre-professional degree in architecture, and are seeking a professional graduate degree that focuses upon classical architecture and traditional urbanism. The three-year, six-semester M.Arch program (Path C) has a similar focus, but is intended for persons holding an undergraduate degree in a field other than architecture.

Description:
The aim of the graduate program is to prepare qualified students to begin professional practice in their chosen field of studio art, design, or art history. Studio students may concentrate in ceramics, painting, photography, printmaking, or sculpture, or in a combination of these disciplines. Design students may concentrate in graphic or industrial design. Art history students select from a range of course offerings to fulfill their professional interests.

The Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) seeks to develop a corps of highly motivated and committed young educators to meet the needs of our country's most underserved elementary and secondary schools. To prepare for your service as a teacher, you will undergo an intensive teacher education program designed and administered by the University of Notre Dame. The ACE professional training integrates graduate level coursework with an immersion teaching experience, allowing you to earn a Master of Education degree after teaching full-time for two years in some of America's neediest Catholic schools. You'll spend two summers living and studying with the larger ACE community at Notre Dame.

Description:
The Program in the History and Philosophy of Sciences offers courses over a wide range of topics in the history of science, from medieval natural philosophy to the physics, biology, medicine, and technology of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Particular emphases and resources of the Notre Dame program lie in medieval natural philosophy and medicine; the Scientific Revolution of the seventeenth century; the history of astronomy, physics, and mathematics; intellectual and social history of nineteenth-century science and medicine; the history and philosophy of technology; the history and philosophy of economic thought; and the history and philosophy of modern life science.

Description:
The University of Notre Dame and the Indiana University School of Medicine offer a joint MD/PhD degree for exceptional students interested in academic medicine. The program draws on the strengths of the medical faculty and the research excellence of the graduate program faculty to train scientists who can bridge the gap between clinical medicine and basic life sciences. To earn the joint degree, students complete the first two years of medical school at the South Bend Center for Medical Education (SBCME), located on the Notre Dame campus, and continue at Notre Dame for three more years to pursue the University’s doctoral degree through the Graduate School. The last two years of medical school are completed at the Indiana medical school’s main campus in Indianapolis.

Description:
The University of Notre Dame developed a joint engineering (master of engineering) and law (juris doctor) program in 1995 to meet the increasing need for lawyers with appropriate technical skills to practice in such specialized areas as patent, environmental, telecommunications, and similar law specialties that have a strong technical content. To be eligible for the master of engineering degree (MEng), the candidate must also be a candidate for the juris doctor degree in the Notre Dame Law School. The master’s program is not available as an individual degree program. A student in the dual degree program is classified as a law student.
