Description:
The Flex Program is a combined part-time, distance education and residency
first professional Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program for working
adults who have completed a bachelor's degree and the recommended
prerequisites. Online coursework is combined with weekend classroom sessions
in Boca Raton, Florida. The weekend labs occur two to three times per month
over a 15-week term. An individual can earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy
degree in 12 trimesters (4 years).

Commission on Accredition in Physical Therapy Education.

Description:
The Institute of Occupational Therapy offers a Master of Occupational
Therapy (MOT) degree as a first professional degree to those candidates who
have completed a bachelor's degree including the required prerequisites. An
entry-level or first professional Master of Occupational Therapy program
differs from an advanced MOT degree in that it is designed for individuals
who graduate with a baccalaureate degree in a discipline other than OT and
who have completed coursework appropriate to entering an OT program. Upon
graduation, you are prepared to take the national licensure exam necessary
to practice Occupational Therapy.

relationships with both faculty and peers.
- An interdisciplinary clinically-oriented curriculum where
occupational and physical therapy students take classes and work
together as commonly practiced in clinical settings.

The University of St. Augustine offers a distance education
post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program. This is a
transition DPT program available to Bachelors and Masters physical
therapists. Students have the opportunity to earn a clinical certification,
which combines continuing education seminars with distance learning. Many
courses are available in an easy-to-access online delivery format on the
Internet. Students are able to work and complete studies on a part-time
basis.
