Description:
The largest unit of The Union Institute Graduate College is the School of
Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences. Currently, more than 1,300 learners are
progressing toward the Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Interdisciplinary
Studies with specializations in a broad diversity of specific fields. A
completed masters degree is ordinarily a prerequisite for admission to the
doctoral program. A small percentage -- currently about 7 percent -- of
those admitted each year have qualified for admission by demonstrating that
they have the equivalence of a masters degree.

offers a unique program which serves the needs of mid-career adult
professionals who aspire to be prepared for the professional practice of
psychology. The program embraces an interdisciplinary approach and values
the integration of perspectives from a number of fields which have relevance
to the study of behavior. A completed masters degree is ordinarily a
