The Eberhardt MBA at University of the Pacific offers the ability to complete a
full-time MBA in just 18 months. Starting with an intensive business foundation
course, students advance to a semester of integrated MBA courses in a
specialized MBA track, study competition in global markets, as well as complete
a required MBA-level internship. Leadership development is a focus of the
Eberhardt MBA program. You will assess your individual competencies, gather
360-degree feedback in management, teamwork, and communication, create your
personal development plan, and drive your growth with collaborative coaching.
The Eberhardt School offers the distinction of a dedicated MBA Career Management
Center, cooperative and dual-degree programs, personalized education and
service, a $1 million student investment fund, the Wall Street Journal
partnership, and award winning MBA teams. Students from all academic disciplines
and all levels of experience are encouraged to apply to be part of a fall cohort
group. Admission to the Eberhardt MBA program is competitive and based on
criteria which indicate a high promise of success. Performance in prior
coursework, GMAT scores, a formal interview, letters of recommendation and
career experience are all considered in the admission decision. More than half
of Eberhardt MBA students receive some level of merit-based financial
assistance. Consideration is made on a rolling basis. Students who apply and are
admitted early have a better opportunity to secure scholarships or graduate
assistantships. Scholarship awards usually range from $2,000-$18,000 and
graduate assistantships can cover up to one-half of tuition. MBA program options
